Arabic Samosa with a different flavor

2 kgr chopped spinach
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons powder milk
1 teaspoon sumac
1/2 teaspoon pomegranate sauce
Frying oil
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
5 middle-sized onions
A little cinnamon powder

First, add some oil to the chopped spinach and cook them. You do not need to stir them but you can stir them several times to make sure that they are cooked.
Grate onions and add them to the cooked spinach along with sumac, salt, pomegranate sauce and cinnamon. Then mix them properly. Put the mixture in a filter and push them with your hands until the water is removed. Then add olive oil to the mixture and mix them properly so that the olive oil is completely absorbed.
Now cut the bread to narrow pieces. Pour two spoonful of the mixture in the middle of the bread pieces and fold them into triangle shapes. Put a toothpick on the bread to make sure that it will not open up. Then fry the bread in abundant oil.
Arabian sambusas are ready when they become golden brown in color.
