Doha: Hempel Paints, one of the largest paint manufacturer in Qatar, has inaugurated its newest multi-tint centre, Al Khafji, in Abu Hamour. With this, Hempel has complemented its efforts to strengthen its market presence and to increase customer experience with expert consultations and complete customer support.
The new facility is located near the market in Abu Hamour in Doha. It offers customers a chance to better understand the look and feel of Hempel’s offerings in the decorative segment and work out customised solutions that meet the specific requirements with the help of in-house experts.
Christopher Sharkey, Country Manager of Hempel Qatar, said: “We are very happy to open our new multi-tint centre in Qatar and we believe that these facilities will help us to connect with our customers more intimately.
We have plans to open more shops throughout Qatar in the coming months. Recently Hempel has rolled out the online e-commerce portal called “My Hempel” to all its retail partners. This facility allows partners to place and track orders and have access to product catalogues and 3rd party test data in one easy-to-navigate interface. This will further help our partners to serve their customers in a more streamlined manner.”
Hempel is the holder of the 1st industrial manufacturing licence in Qatar and has been serving its Qatar customers since 1981. Hempel has been loyal in helping build this proud country.
