DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “Kahramaa” has announced that it will close its Industrial Area Service Center permanently from April 19.
Customers can visit any of Kahramaa service centres at, Musheireb, Al Khor, Salwa Road, and the main branch at Al Hilal. Kahramaa service centres receive customers Sunday to Thursday from 7.30 am to 2pm. Moreover, customers can also visit Kahramaa offices at government service complexes.
Kahramaa has asked all customers to avail of the smart services available on Kahramaa website and mobile application to complete all services and requests without visiting Kahramaa or any service center. It saves effort and time.
Registration via Kahramaa website km.qa or mobile application allows customers to complete all services online. Kahramaa provides services online for customers, contractors & consultants and companies.
Kahramaa invited customers to update their personal information via the website, mobile application, or call centre 991 to ensure better communication with Kahramaa, avail of range of services and receive Kahramaa updates and SMS for power outage, monthly electricity, and water consumption rate and bills, and alert in case of exceeding the regular consumption.
