Do you want to work in a high paced international environment? Location will be Amsterdam but also travelling to the UK
This is a project in a high paced, complex and highly international environment.
Projecttasks:
- Compiling all high level plans, check overview and sent out to stakeholders
- Making or adjusting Clarity reports to support project managers (project reports) which have an executive and management summary and next steps, when applicable also risks/issues needs to be included.
- Compiling clarity reports
- Keeping up to date with vendors status by attending calls and following up with country contact, keeping track of MS Project plan, adjust high level plan and make project reports.
- Supporting different countries on: attending calls for statusupdates, making notes of the calls, follow up with people on their action points, chase people for documents needed for gating
- Adjusting high-level plan
- Setting up MsProject plan
- Administering the SharePoint Environment
- Improving the SharePoint project environment
- Updating SharePoint with documents
- Handle Authorization and access right
- Administering a wiki project by giving people access rights
Skillset
- 3 years experience in high paced, international environment as PMO
- Good reporting skills with Excel, Clarity, MS projects
- Experienced with complex shareholder management
- Highly flexible mentality
