About Your Job:Hamad International Airport is the home of the newly created Qatar Duty Free ( QDF ) Food & Beverage Division. Qatar Duty Free is seeking proactive, experienced and energetic F & B Duty Managers, who will be responsible for all Food & Beverage activity during their shift. The role calls for autonomously and independently managing all aspects of the business ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all time, whilst providing stability, continuity and excellence across the business. The candidates should be commercially aware and able to illustrate an ability to increase sales and performance as the business evolves.
We are looking for charismatic leaders, team players, seeking to step up and embrace a new challenge, who will address issues in a pragmatic manner, consider their colleagues wellbeing and strive for the very best in everything they do. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional managerial skills . Ideally you will be within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel, restaurant group or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business. A minimum of 5 years of job related experience and a diploma in food production and service with HACCP certification.
