Qatar conference aims to celebrate the contribution of business women
Women in Qatar are among the most educated in the MENA region, with more than 70% holding a degree, and Qatar has a higher percentage of women in the formal workforce than the regional average.
Furthermore, Qatar’s gender employment gap is lower than that in most Arab countries, according to Haifa Al Kaylani.
Haifa Al Kaylani is the Founder Chairman of Arab International Women’s Forum that was hosted in Amman, Beirut and Dubai in 2012, Palestine in 2013, and London in 2011 and 2014.

“As Qatar moves towards the realisation of its 2030 Vision, there is no doubt that the role of women will be critical to its success.”
