Bringing Latin American cuisine to Doha
With over 40 Latin American restaurants across the United States, Europe, Mexico and the Middle East, Chef Richard Sandoval is a global pioneer in contemporary Latin American Cuisine. He is internationally celebrated for his innovative combination of Latin American ingredients to create some sumptuous dishes with complex flavours.
Chef Sandoval used to be a professional tennis player and has played against the likes of Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi. He left behind a career in tennis to pursue his love for food, and was recently in Doha for the opening of his much awaited Pan Latin American restaurant Toro Toro, located in the gardens of Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl- Qatar.
