QIC Insured, the retail arm of Qatar Insurance, recently launched the latest version of the QIC app featuring an array of enhanced insurance products and services.
Customers can simply download the new app from Google Play or Apple Store and register using their QID to enjoy a memorable and personalised experience when shopping for insurances. Registered QIC Insured customers can now find their purchased policies listed in one place.
What makes the app even more helpful is that it enables customers to file and track a motor claim ‘The Easy Way’. The latest version of the app is even equipped with a chat-based tool, ‘Chatbot’ that responds to customers effectively and with enhanced efficiency.
Developed in-house by QIC’s IT department, the latest edition of the app uses innovative solutions, design thinking, and Artificial Intelligence to facilitate purchase or renewal of car insurance both third party liability and comprehensive, Home Contents and Travel insurances, and Personal Accident Benefit insurance.
