Uppsala district court evacuated after bomb threat
The district court in Uppsala has been evacuated and the surrounding area has been cordoned off after a bomb threat. The threat has been linked to the trial of three members of the Nazi organisation, the Swedish Resistance Movement, according to local media.
“We have received a bomb threat and the premises have been vacated and there is an ongoing search. We also have bomb technicians on the way. We have not found anything special inside but in view of the proceedings that will take place here today, everywhere must be searched,” said police spokesperson Christer Nordström to Swedish Television News.
