World leaders to decide on global climate change plan

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said the “proposed agreement is fair … and legally binding.”

“Today we are close to the final outcome. It is my deep conviction we have come up with an ambitious and balanced agreement,” French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Saturday.

“The final draft agreement which has been put before you this morning shows a lot for the progress which has been carried out here,” French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Saturday.

After years of buildup and almost a month of negotiations, world leaders will decide on how to control global climate change.

Negotiators are expected to produce a document Saturday morning that details how global warming can be limited.
