Qatar Airways has announced that it will temporarily stop accepting new reservations from the United Arab Emirates for the next seven days, due to a similar British decision.
The national carrier said – on its Twitter account – that it is as well as reservations for South Africa and Rwanda temporarily suspended.
She explained that the exceptions include citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries and holders of residency permits returning to other Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
She added: Acceptance of pre-booked passengers is dependent on COVID-19 protocols and government permission to enter the country of their final destination.
