Captain Waiter

The Captain Waiter is in charge of the supervision of the waiters, focusing on service, selling and suggesting, delivery of foods and drinks, food quality, and food presentations.Salary – 2500 QAR ( 686 US$) + TIPS + Accommodation + Food + Transport + Joining TicketContract period – 2 YrsWork Location – Doha, QatarWorking Hours – 8+ 2 Hours, 6 days a weekProbation period – 6 MonthsOther conditions – As per Qatar labor lawReturn Ticket to home country – once in 2 yrsNationality – Only Europeans

• Attend and participate in daily briefings with the Restaurant Manager and other meetings as scheduled.

• Adhere to the rules and regulations, and policies and procedures of the company and the restaurant including grooming and food safety and sanitation practices.

• Supervise the team (Waiters and Runners) on a daily basis and confirm that all are attending to their duties and responsibilities.

• Occasionally check feedback from assigned tables to ensure that guests are enjoying the meal and take actions if there are concerns.

• Be well-informed of selling techniques, promotions, novelties, and changes in the sales program and oversee the implementationat all times.

• Extend assistance to Waiters and Runners whenever needed.

• Work with Waiters and Runners to exceed customer expectations and enhance the customer experience.JOB
