Our financial client in Zurich, Switzerland is looking for a Sophis Support Analyst to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Role: Sophis Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on a production environment
- Be proactive/monitor prod processes during business hours
- Ensure functional and technical support on Sophis + all in-house applications
- Identify and fix issues (can read and understand logs)
- Liaise with the vendor or our internal development teams to follow up on problems
- Good practice of SQL
- Good functional knowledge on finance/banking industry
- Understanding of a trade life cycle from FO to BO (STP )
- Good knowledge of instrument setups (setup, pricing )
Knowledge that are good to have:
- Sophis Risque V6
- Sophis VAR
- Oracle 11g
