The team then mails a link to access MyHealth within three working days.

Dr AbdulWahab Al Musleh, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, CIS at HMC, said that very soon the patients will be able to message their physician through the portal and also receive replies to their queries from them. There is also plan to develop the system so that patients are able to schedule their appointments, reschedule or cancel them.

Parents of children below 18 years of age can also gain access to the information record and vaccination chart of their kids.

The free service is a value addition to the smart clinic system that aims for early detection of diseases.
