New computer is inbound. I’ve been considering a Mini PC for quite a while and today I finally broke down and ordered one.
Since ’92 I’ve had a computer. My first one was built by me and I put it in a big tower case that sat on the floor. It installed a 250MB drive and I think it was 4mb RAM. Since then I’ve went through a few of them with regular sized cases. This new one is around 120mm square and comes with 512GB a Solid State drive and 16gb RAM. This will be more powerful that my current desktop and will use a fraction of the electricity. With the cost of electricity out this way I expect to see a significant drop in my monthly bill!
As a bonus it will allow for 3 monitors! I don’t think I’ll use 3, but I will definitely want 2!
