Sisi orders army to guard key state facilities
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Monday ordered the army to join police forces in protecting vital state installations, in a decree also allowing military trials for civilians suspected of attacking state infrastructure following deadly attacks on soldiers.
