Foreign investors whose equity participation in an industrial project exceeds 49% of the total capital investment are required to submit an application to the Ministry of Energy and Industry.
Follow these steps to apply for foreign investment approval:
♦ Fill out the application form.
♦ Provide all required documents, including copies of IDs or passports from all owner(s) and foreign investors.
♦ Submit the application to the Licensing and Industrial Control Section at the Ministry of Energy and Industry’s Department of Industrial Development.
Once a decision is made, the applicant will receive an SMS notification.
