Three sailors were killed, and a fourth lost, in the sinking of a fishing boat they were traveling in on the eastern coast of Tunisia.
A Tunisian security source said today that the boat, which was carrying 11 sailors, sank off the coast of the Mahres region in the state of Sfax.
He pointed out that the marine border guards rescued seven sailors, while he had been working for hours in search of the lost sailor.
