Mexican embassy opens in Doha
THE Ambassador of Mexico to Qatar HE Francisco Niembro on Thursday hinted at signing of agreements between Qatar and Mexico in the coming months.
Speaking during the 40th anniversary of Qatar-Mexico diplomatic relations celebrations and formal opening of the embassy of Mexico in Doha, Niembro said that Mexico was keen on cementing bilateral ties with Qatar through open political dialogue.
The envoy described in this context the first visit of the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to Mexico slated for next month and that of the President of Mexico Enrique Peأ±a Nieto to Qatar in January 2016 as another milestone in the diplomatic ties of the two countries.
