One person held by authorities for stealing and burning two vehicles.The Criminal Investigation Department arrested the accused of stealing two vehicles and burning them at a desert area as a video about this went viral on social networking sites.
As the concerned department received a complaint on the theft of two vehicles, necessary investigations were made leading to the arrest of the accused. The accused, who admitted to stealing two cars and burning them in desert areas, was referred to the judicial authorities for further legal proceedings.
The concerned bodies of the Ministry of the Interior call on motorists to ensure the security of their cars and not to leave them unattended without switching off the engine or keeping valuable items inside, so that the criminals can’t get chances to involve in such crime.
