Element Becomes First Wallet with Core Blockchain Support

Element will become the first wallet provider that supports the Core blockchain. Users can interact with the Core ecosystem easily through the Element Wallet.
First Wallet with Native Core Blockchain Support
Element Wallet is now the first primary interface for the Core Network, allowing users to enjoy a seamless, safe, and delightful Web3 experience on the blockchain.
Core DAO tweeted about its partnership with the secure wallet provider on February 3rd. Element also shared more details on Medium. The move means that Element will be the first wallet for CORE tokens. Following the announcement, Element will ensure that Core users utilize the wallet for different crypto capabilities.
“As the first and primary interface for accessing the Core network, Element will begin with crypto wallet capabilities, enabling Core participants to send, receive, and stake CORE tokens in addition to many other features,” Element wrote on Medium.
After the regular features like sending, receiving, and staking CORE are integrated, Element will support Core Decentralized Applications (dApps). Eventually, Core-based protocols will become accessible through the wallet.
Element aims to provide users with a secure, scalable, and decentralized internet connection. The partnership with Core DAO will ensure that Core users are part of its goal of supporting a stable Web3 ecosystem.
In the meantime, the protocol is preparing to launch its product into the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space soon. However, a date has yet to be announced.
