His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the celebration of World Teachers’ Day , organized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education under the slogan “Teachers’ Day: Giving that Fruits Generations” at the theater hall at its permanent headquarters in Al-Qatifiya.
His Excellency honored (27) male and female teachers in appreciation of their efforts, dedication to their work, and commitment to preparing generations during their careers full of giving, which spanned more than twenty years.
The celebration was attended by senior educational and academic figures, a number of school principals, teachers, parents, students, and representatives of local media.
His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs said in a post on his official account on the “ X” platform: “ We are proud of the role of the teacher in raising generations and building nations. We all remember how our teachers influenced our lives and contributed to shaping our personalities. Thank you to every teacher who was a beacon for his community.”
