The International Criminal Court (ICC) has officially issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas military chief Mohammed Deif for allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity. These arrest warrants do not ensure that the individuals will face trial in The Hague, the Dutch city where the ICC is headquartered. Additionally, they do not guarantee that any of the men will actually be apprehended, although some nations have stated their intention to honor the warrants.
