Doha: Qatar’s largest open-air amusement park ‘Entertainment World Village’ officially opened its door to public yesterday April 15.
Inaugurated by Sheikh Suhaim bin Khaled bin Hamad Al-Thani, the outdoor amusement park features over 30 kids and adult thrill rides, including Reverse Bungee, Roller Coaster, G-Force Bomber and a giant Ferris Wheel to name a few.
In addition to this it will also include international award-winning stage shows and performances, skill games, and various other recreational activities such as bouncy castles, paintball and doughnut boats among others.
Open for four weeks, from Saturday to Wednesday from 4pm to 11pm and on Thursday and Friday 4pm – 1am, the village is located at Al Qutaifiya beach, between the Diplomatic Club and The Pearl-Qatar.
Entrance fee to the park is QR15 while the tickets for rides vary from QR10 – QR75.

The venue also includes 2000 car parks for visitors.
There are over 30 food and beverages booths ranging from cafes, fast food eateries and casual dining outlets, all with a mesmerizing sea view.
Sheikh Suhaim Bin Khaled Bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of The Entertainment World Village for Carnivals stated ‘This is our first foray into the outdoor entertainment industry on this scale – we’re planning for the long term, to give the people of Qatar alternative entertainment activities throughout the year, but also to supporting Qatar’s position as a tourist destination.
