Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, met with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Yousuf bin Hassan Al Saai, in the capital Baku on the occasion of the end of his duties.
They discussed relations between the two countries and ways of boosting them, in addition to issues of common interest.
