His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani inaugurated the Strategic Fighter Aircraft Wing No. (5) Ababil ( F15 QA) , of the Qatari Emiri Air Force, at Al Udeid Air Base yesterday morning.
His Highness toured a tour during which he listened to a briefing on the newly manufactured Ababil ( F15 QA) aircraft project , its combat capabilities, and the most prominent methods of modern technology used in it. His Highness also toured a tour during which he was briefed on the immediate take-off building (air-to-air) and (air-to-surface), and the building. Pilots, in addition to visiting the aircraft depot and maintenance building.
