Moroccan Potato Salad, best salads of Morocco

Ingredients:

1 kgr peeled potatoes

¾ cup chopped parsley

1 middle-sized chopped red onion

qatar airways

1 peeled garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper

 

Recipe:

Put the required potatoes in a bowl full of water and boil it on a stove with medium heat for 20 minutes.

Now put parsley, red onions, garlic and olive oil in another bowl and mix them. Add enough salt and black pepper.

Now put the boiled potatoes on other ingredients. Then decorate and serve it.
