Qatar Submits Draft Resolution to UN General Assembly on Human Rights Situation in Syria
New York, November 14 (QNA) -The State of Qatar, on behalf of nearly 60 UN member countries has submitted a draft resolution to the UN General Assembly on the situation of human rights in Syria.
HE Ambassador Alia Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani, the Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations presented the draft resolution to the Third Committee of the General Assembly (concerned with social and human rights) on behalf of the States which adopt the draft resolution.
