Sweden and Denmark protest to Russia
A passenger plane from Denmark’s Kastrup was forced to turn to avoid a collision with the Russian plane.
The foreign ministers of Sweden and Denmark are calling in the Russian ambassadors to Stockholm and Copenhagen, over a reported near collision between a Russian military plane and a commercial passenger flight in mid-air.
The Swedish and Danish governments say a Russian surveillance plane flew close to a Danish Scandinavian Airlines flight on Friday.
