Twitter has stepped up its battle against online terrorism with the suspension of at least 2,000 accounts linked to supporters of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), ABC News reported, quoting sources with knowledge of the operation.
The social media platform, which quietly suspended the accounts, shut down some of the most important distributors of ISIS messages.
