Weather bureau forecasts strong wind, cold night in Qatar

Doha: Weather inshore until 6 p.m. on Saturday will be cold with scattered clouds and slightly dusty at places at times, cold by night, Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore, it will be slightly dusty at times with scattered clouds, report added, warning of strong wind and high sea offshore.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 18 or 22 knot at places at times. Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 15 to 25 knot, reaching to 33 knot at places at times.

Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometer.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 5 feet at places at times, while offshore it will be 6 to 9 feet, rising to 13 feet at places at times.
