Qatar Airways said in a statement that Filipino passengers, who were reported by some Arabic media websites and social media, have purchased regular airline tickets through a travel and tourism company in Kuwait rather than directly from Qatar Airways’ offices. The national carrier of Qatar, in a statement published on its official handle on Twitter today, said that it operates according to a commercial policy and it cannot prevent anyone, who have bought their tickets and have all the necessary papers, from travel.
