Nobu’s Christmas brunch on December 25 emphasises on premium ingredients such as caviar, oysters, foie gras and live stations including a lobster bar and Nobu’s sushi bar.
You’ll love the Christmas themed desserts stations and it’s also one of the main reasons you shouldn’t miss out Nobu’s first Christmas brunch.
Main course and desserts will be served right to your table and of course, you’ll get to pick from all your favourite signature dishes such as the black cod, rock shrimp tempura and more.
There are plenty of innovative dishes to get your hands on and a variety of festive beverages to keep your spirits up all night.
The brunch is perfect for the entire family – Gymboree Qatar will keep the little ones occupied with fun-filled, Christmas-themed activities while you clink your glasses and engage in festive banter.
There’s live entertainment from a jazz band and a DJ on decks to make sure this brunch is a memorable one for you.
To end the year on a high note, Nobu celebrates the last day of 2019 with a special seven-course omakase menu created by head chef Andrew Bozoki and his team.
The countdown party will be held at the rooftop lounge with live DJ entertainment.
The seven-course menu includes some mouthwatering specialities suc as o-toro and uni sashimi, kohlrabi dry miso, Nobu’s sushi selection, slow-cooked tai yuzu truffle and caviar, foie gras kinkan miso, umami king crab cucumber salsa, smoked miyazaki beef artichoke and Japanese mushrooms with tosazu butter sauce.
Don’t salivate yet, we haven’t even reached dessert. The special menu will feature tonka bean mousse with caramelized Fuji apple for dessert and we frankly can’t think of a more delicious way to end 2019.
You’ll probably need to burn those calories, probably because fitness is on your 2020 agenda. So head over for the countdown party to the rooftop. With 360 degree views of Doha and top tunes from a DJ, we can’t think of a better way to ring in the New Year.
