The Qatari Hajj campaigns have completed all the required preparations for the Hajj season this year, after concluding contracts and agreements with hotels in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, as well as with the transportation companies concerned with transporting pilgrims to and from Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the holy sites.

 Hatem Mansour: We have completed all the requirements for Hajj this year
. Hatem Mansour Al-Khalidi, owner of the “Hatem Hajj and Umrah Campaign”, who is currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said: Yesterday, an agreement was reached with the transport companies concerned to provide buses of the type buses to transport Qatari pilgrims from the hotel to Mecca, as well as in The holy sites as well, pointing out that the buses that were agreed upon will continue with the campaign from the hour of arrival of the pilgrims until the day of departure.
He added: The procedures are in full swing to accomplish all other matters related to the Hajj season and the pilgrims, in order to provide the pilgrims with complete comfort while they are in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Including a religious guide for men and a religious guide for women who answer all pilgrims’ inquiries regarding the rituals of Hajj, as well as providing a medical staff for men and women.
He pointed out that the campaign had completed all the required procedures in the holy sites, such as preparing tents in Mina and Arafa, and agreeing to transport pilgrims there and from there to Mecca as well, explaining that this year his campaign received the registration of about 300 pilgrims of both sexes.
Al-Khalidi called on all pilgrims registered with the campaign to prepare for Hajj, as the campaign will start from Doha on the 4th of Dhul-Hijjah, and the return will be on the 13th of Dhu al-Hijjah with the fourth day of Eid al-Adha, and the need to adhere to the requirements set by the State of Qatar and Saudi Arabia regarding Hajj.

Mohammed Al Hammadi: Full readiness for housing and transportation
Mohammed Al Hammadi, owner of the “Al Hammadi Campaign for Hajj and Umrah,” said: The registration of pilgrims has started in the campaign for the Hajj season this year, and registration is still going on so far in the Hajj season, pointing out that Qatari campaigns are cooperating with each other to accomplish all Procedures in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, in order to ensure the provision of appropriate service to the pilgrims of Qatar, as it is required to inspect the hotels that are chosen taking into account their location as well, as well as the provision of transportation and buses, which must be modern to transport the pilgrims of Qatar from the hotel towards Mecca, as well as in the holy sites as well.
With regard to housing, Al-Hammadi explained that in the campaign they worked to prepare a private residence for the Al-Hammadi campaign, which is a hotel for an 11-day period and is located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. All the tents of the Qatari Hajj mission are considered among the finest and in the best locations.
He stressed the full readiness of the campaign for the Hajj season this year in terms of providing everything necessary as well as providing the medical staff accompanying the campaign, noting that the Qatari Hajj mission is grateful to provide a clinic that operates throughout the day at its headquarters, which makes the Qatari campaigns completely dependent on the medical clinic in Qatari mission.
He explained that the procedures for registration and preparation for Hajj this year were smooth, which made it easier for them to complete all requirements before an appropriate period.
And Al Hammadi added: To avoid any delay, a traffic plan for the campaign has been developed, as well as an alternative plan to work in the event of any emergency while in Makkah Al-Mukarramah or in the feelings, in order to ensure the continuation of the campaign without any interruption or disruption.
