His Highness arrives in the Philippines

His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived today in the capital, Manila, on a state visit to the friendly Republic of the Philippines.
Upon his arrival at Maharlika Presidential Airport (Villamor Air Base), His Highness the Emir was welcomed by His Excellency Mr. Rafael Perbeto Lutilia, Minister of Energy, His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Saad Al-Humaidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Philippines, His Excellency Ms. Lilibeth Velasco Puno, Ambassador of the Philippines to the country, and a number of senior officials of the Philippine government, and members of the Qatari embassy.
His Highness the Prince is accompanied by an official delegation.
