His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received, at the Emiri Diwan this morning, HE Mrs. Sheikh Hasina Wajed, Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and her accompanying delegation on the occasion of her visit to the country to participate in the Qatar Economic Forum 2023.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common concern.
A number of Their Excellencies ministers and senior officials attended the meeting, as well as a number of Their Excellencies members of the accompanying delegation from Bangladesh.
