According to the Haya card website (https://hayya.qatar2022.qa/), the card provides you with 8 important services, namely:

Entry to the State of Qatar and stadiums
The Haya card is a condition for entering the country as of November 1, and all you need after approval is to present the entry permit.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy had called on fans to review the entry permit on the Haya application before traveling to Qatar, and to ensure that the personal information with the entry permit matches the information on your passport, in order to avoid any complications during the trip.
Regarding the mechanism for amending the data when needed, the Supreme Committee advised to follow the following steps:
1- Log in to your Haya account
2- Click on “My Card”.
3- Press the menu and select: Update.
4- Correct your incorrect information and press Review and Submit.
5- Wait for the response/approval via Haya account.
6- Once approved, you will have access to your updated entry permit.
3 free services
The Haya card offers three free services: free use of the metro, free use of buses, and obtaining a free SIM card.
The Doha Metro is the easiest way to reach all eight World Cup stadiums, and fans will need comfortable buses to reach all destinations, whether stadiums or entertainment destinations.

Come on without tickets
Starting next December 2, the fan can enter the State of Qatar with the Haya card without having tickets for the matches, in order to enjoy the World Cup atmosphere with the rest of the fans and teams present in the country.
Fans must obtain a Haya card to enter the country, and they can submit applications through the Haya platform through the website or application according to the requirements listed on the site.
According to the Haya website, if you do not have a match ticket and wish to enter the State of Qatar from December 2, you will need to register your paid place of residence and a fee of 500 Qatari riyals to obtain a Haya card. Passengers under the age of 12 are exempt from the Haya card fee
