Doha: The new Industrial area bridge is expected to open for public from June 2017.
The new bridge consists of four lanes in each direction, Arabic daily Al Sharq reported.
This bridge connects Salwa Road from the west through the area for the small and medium industries till Abu Hamour area and links the industrial area with the eastern area through Hamad port and Mesaieed.
The new bridge separates the old and new industrial areas and the under pass will link the old and new industrial areas, which is an extension of the current bridge at the end of Salwa Road, is 15 kilometer in length starting from the end of old Industrial area to the end of new industrial area.
