The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) expects the temperature to drop to 11C in Doha as another windy and chilly day is expected in the country on Friday.
According to QMD, strong winds are likely across Qatar along with low visibility and dusty conditions.
In the offshore areas too, strong winds and high seas are likely.
The weather report forecasts northwesterly winds to blow at 20-30 knots inland, reaching a high of 40 knots in some areas.
In the offshore areas, the wind speed will be 28-38 knots, going up to 43 knots at times.
A minimum temperature of 9C is expected in Wakrah, Mesaieed and Abu Samra, 10C in Al Khor, and 11C in Doha, Dukhan and Ruwais, on Friday..
The maximum, will range from 13C to 15C, QMD predicts.
On Thursday, the maximum temperature was recorded to hit the 18-20C mark in the country.
Similarly, the minimum was recorded to be 15C in Ruwais and some other places, while in the capital it was 17C in the Doha airport area.
On Friday, the inshore areas are expected to be cold and blowing dust is expected at times along with some clouds.
Visibility is expected to come down below 2km in some places.
