Rwandan President Paul Kagame arrived in Doha yesterday to take part in Qatar Information Technology and Communication Conference and Exhibition (Qitcom 2019). President Kagame and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Subaie
