His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, today paid an inspection visit to the Lusail International Circuit development project, to review the progress of works and the circuit’s readiness to host the world championships for cars.

His Excellency inspected the infrastructure, sustainability and buildings being implemented in the circuit, and the preparations related to all logistical and technical services.
His Excellency was accompanied during the visit by a number of Their Excellencies ministers and senior officials.
