His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a phone call this evening from His Excellency Mr. Shahbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The Amiri Diwan stated that at the beginning of the call, the Prime Minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir for the solidarity of the State of Qatar and its standing with Pakistan and its brotherly people in the face of the floods that swept several Pakistani cities.
During the call, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of supporting and developing them, in addition to discussing developments in regional and international situations of common interest.
