today, the Qatar e-government portal opened the door for submission of a request to amend the job title of the residents of the ID-card electronically, by the representative, the person concerned, or one of the authorized signatories, with the necessary documents attached.

The “Hukoomi” account, on its official Twitter page, revealed the steps for changing the job title, indicating that this service is available for private and joint-stock companies..and here are the steps in detail:

 Submit the request online
• Click on “Electronic Services and Forms” from the “Services” menu on the Ministry’s website Administrative development, labor and social affairs, then choosing the “employment” department.
• Selecting the “profession amendment request” service, then clicking on “apply” on the service page.
• Enter the required data (facility registration number, personal card number, and registered mobile number with the same ID card number).
• Check the verification box, then press “Submit”.
• Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile number.
Fill out the required information in the application form and attach the following documents:
• Image ID card authorized signatory
• Image ID card for student modification
• Image registration card
• Copy municipal license
• Copy the commercial register
• scientific certificates certified by the official authorities

• Three copies of the new employment contract signed by both parties with the original seal and the signature of the authorized signatory at the facility.
