The accolade, presented at the 10th annual Aviation Business Awards held in Dubai, encapsulates passengers’ pleasure in flying with Qatar Airways.

The award further reinforces the airline’s leading position in the Middle East.

Travellers commended the airline’s growing network and continued performance in flying them to more than 150 places across the world. Passengers celebrated the airline’s Business Class service and new Qatar Airways Premium Lounge for providing them with a consistent and exceptional experience every time they fly.

“We are honoured to be recognised as the best carrier in the Middle East at the 2016 Aviation Business Awards. This award demonstrates our unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional product and service to provide our customers with the very best travel experience,” said Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive.

The award is the latest traveller accolade praising Qatar Airways’ premium products and services. Whether travelling for business or leisure, Qatar Airways Business Class passengers can take advantage of a dedicated check-in facility at its state-of-the-art hub at Hamad International Airport, Doha. With fast access to the airline’s Business Class Lounge, Al Mourjan, passengers can enjoy an array of dining options inspired by celebrity chefs, a fully equipped business centre or a relaxing spa treatment.
