The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, via its Twitter account, published an awareness video about the procedures to be followed before traveling to Qatar.
The Supreme Committee called for reviewing the entry permit on the Haya application before traveling to Qatar, and to ensure that the personal information on the entry permit matches the information on your passport, in order to avoid any complications during the trip.

Regarding the mechanism for amending data when needed, the Supreme Committee advised to follow the following steps:
1- Log in to your Haya account
2- Click on “My Card”.
3- Click on the menu and select: Update.
4- Correct your wrong information and press review and submit.
5- Wait for the response / approval via the Haya account.
6- When you receive approval, you will be able to access your updated entry permit.

It is worth noting that the Haya fan card is a condition for entering the country as of Tuesday, November 1, 2022, if you are not a citizen or resident who holds a Qatari ID.
The Haya card is issued after approving the match tickets that are booked through the official FIFA website and reserving the accommodation from the accommodation agency on the official website of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy.
