HH the Emir Performs Istisqaa Prayer
Doha, November 19 (QNA) – HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani joined worshipers in performing Istisqaa (rain-seeking) Prayer at Al-Wajba prayer ground on Thursday morning.
The rain prayer comes in pursuit of the sunna of Prophet Mohammad “Peace Be Upon Him” (PBUH), when rainfall delays.
HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani and HH the Personal Representative of HH the Emir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani took part in the prayer.
A number of Their Excellencies the Sheikhs and Ministers also participated in the prayer.
