**Government Hours

The official spokesman for the Government Communications Office, Dr. Muhammad Noimi Al-Hajri, said that from Tuesday, the first of next November, until Monday, December 19, 2022, the number of employees present in government agencies will be reduced to 20% of the total number of employees for each entity, while 80% of the total number of employees in each entity will start. As for the timing of work according to the new system, Al-Hajri explained that it will be from 7 am to 11 am, with the exception of the military, security, health and educational sectors, emphasizing that vital services in the country will not be affected.

The official spokesperson of the Government Communications Office also noted that the Doha Corniche was designated for pedestrians in order to ensure and follow up the progress of the events accompanying the World Cup from November 1 to December 19, 2022.

Al-Hajri said that the work system in the educational sector has decided that working hours in public and private schools will be from November 1 to November 17, 2022, for employees and students in public and private schools that apply national standards from 7 am to 12 noon, provided that The mid-year vacation is from November 20 to December 22 this year.

1- Amending its decision issued at its 19 ordinary meeting of 2022 held on May 18 2022, regarding the obligation to activate the EHTERAZ application when leaving the house and verifying the green code in the aforementioned application when entering closed public places, so that the obligation to activate the application and verification From the green code when entering health facilities only.

2- Continuing to implement the Council’s decision issued at its regular meeting (36) for the year 2022 held on October 19, 2022, regarding obligating all citizens, residents and visitors to wear masks if they are inside health facilities only, and obligating all employees and workers whose nature of work requires presence in places Closed doors and communicate with customers by wearing masks during their work period.
