Exhibitors laud QTA for chance to woo tourists
Exhibitors at Qatar’s pavilion at the World Travel Market (WTM) lauded Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) for providing them with a platform to attract more tourists to Qatar. There are 26 exhibitors in the Qatar stand.
Speaking to Qatar Tribune, Warwick Doha Hotel Sales Manager Christina Kiwan said the expo has”met our expectations”.”It was easy to meet the people and discuss their interests. We met wholesalers, travel agencies and companies who were interested in Qatar and GCC as a whole.”
Kiwan said QTA has been doing a follow-up on their booths and encouraging them to promote their hotels as well as Qatar as a whole.”We are promoting Qatar in Europe, especially in London.”
