Fahad al-Haddad shows his strength to win competition
Fahad al-Haddad is ‘Qatar’s Strongest Man’. Prevailing over seven other contestants, al-Haddad scored 88 points to win the competition organised by Aspire Zone Foundation on Friday. He had come second last year.
Rashed al-Fehaida won the second place with 87 points followed by Hadi al-Braidy with 84 points.
The event attracted a large number of spectators who cheered the competitors from 4pm to 8pm at Aspire Park.
A test of physical strength and endurance, the competition included lifting sandbags, deadlifting, truck-pulling, flipping giant tyres, and heavy weightlifting.
