HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mukhtar Tlioberdi, HE Special Envoy of the Kazakh President for International Cooperation HE Erjan Kazykhanov, HE Altai Kologinov, Governor of Astana, HE Mr. Abdulaziz bin Sultan Al-Rumaihi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan, HE Mr. Arman Isagaliev, Kazakh Ambassador to Qatar, and members of the diplomatic corps at the Qatari Embassy.
His Highness the Amir is accompanied by an official delegation.
